في باطن سوق العجيبة في مدينة بريدة كانت هناك ورشة صغيرة جداُ لا يتجاوز عرضها مترين وكان صاحبها هو علي محمد الطامي ابوعمر الذي اتخذ مهنة إصلاح الأجهزة الكهربائية المنزلية والهواتف منذ عقود

In the heart of the central market of Buraydah city is a very small workshop which isn’t wider then 2 meters, the owner Ali Mohammad AlTami (Abu Omar) which he took a career in repairing home appliances & telephone for decades

كان ابوعمر موظفاً في الجوازات السعودية وتقاعد في عام ٢٠١٦ ولكنه كان يملك الورشة وقتها وبعد التقاعد تفرغ بشكل كامل لها، يعمل في هذه المهنة منذ ٤٠ عاماً وكان يعمل مع والده في الصغر وبعد أن كبر وتزوج قرر الاستقلال وفتح ورشة خاصة به ولا تزال هي نفسها دون تغيير بموقعها

Abu Omar was an employee with the Saudi Passport office before he retire in 2016, but he was working at the workshop at that time and after retiring he dedicated all his time to the workshop, he worked in this profession for 40 years and started working with his father at very young age until he got older and got married, so he decided to open his own workshop which is still the same with no change

من المثير للاهتمام أن ابوعمر يذكر أن والده محمد سليمان الطامي كان من أوائل من قاموا بتوليد الكهرباء في مدينة بريدة في بداية الثمانينات وكان ذلك جزءً مما دفع والده إلى هذه المهنة والتي ورثها عنه.

the interesting thing is that his father Mohammad Suleiman AlTami was one of the first who generates electricity in Buraydah early 1980s and that what led his father to this profession which he inherited from him.
