في مدينة نجران والواقعة في منطقة نجران جنوب غرب السعودية يعيش ناصر بن صالح المجدد من قبيلة وايلة ويكنى بوفيصل وهو أحد رعاة الإبل المتواجد في سوق الإبل والذي يقع غرب المدينة.
In Najran city south-west of Saudi Arabia lives Nasser Bin Saleh & they call him About Faisal and he’s one the camel shepherd in the camel market which located west of the city.
يستيقظ بوفيصل من الصباح الباكر ويتوجه إلى أحواشه في السوق ليرعى الإبل الذي يملكها ويوجد عدد كبير منها، يمارس مهنة الشراء والبيع للابل وأيضاً يساهم في عمليات التلقيح الموسمية التي تكون عادة في فصل الشتاء.
Abu Faisal wakes up early morning and heads for the camel market to tend to his camels that he owns which he has a good number of them, he usually sells & buys camels now & then and also he welcomes anyone who has female camel ready for pregnancy.
رعي الإبل هي مهنة ورثها عن أبيه وعن جده ويمارسها منذ أكثر من ٧٠ عاماً وقد وضح لي أن هناك مسميات تطلق على الإبل حسب اللون فهناك المجاهيم يطلق على الإبل ذو اللون الأسود والحُمر يطلق على الإبل ذو اللون الأحمر والوضح أو المغاتير ويطلق على الإبل ذو اللون الأبيض وهو الذي غير متواجد في نجران.
He took this career from his father & grandfather for over 70 years now and he explains to me that different colors of the camel are called with unique names.
ويصادف عادة قبل شروق الشمس في نفس السوق حراج لبيع الإبل ويكون شبه يومي ويستمر لساعتين تقريباً لذا لابد من بوفيصل التواجد هناك لبعض عمليات الشراء.
Before sunrise usually there is a public auction in the same market lasts for 2 hours or so and About Faisal is always there to see how the auction goes.
بوفيصل تزوج في حياته أكثر من مرة ولكن الان لديه زوجة واحدة ولديه ٤ أولاد و٤ بنات ومن هولاء ٣ أولاد يعملون معه في السوق في مهنة رعي الإبل.
Abu Faisal has been married more then once as he said but currently has only one wife and he have 4 boys & 4 girls and 3 boys are working with him in the market.
