Hello again, today I’m posting also from Madinah but it’s from the same area I visited back in 2014 and published a post about it which is As Sih Area (Day 37 – Madinah), my walk went really well and I recognized some of the spots I’ve seen before in my last visits, a lot of houses were demolished and that’s expected but there are still alleys that remains the same, most of the locals are foreign people from Mauritania who came years ago in the country.

مرحبا مرة اخرى، اليوم انشر لكم مدونة اخرى من المدينة المنورة أيضاً ولكنها من نفس الحي الذي قمت بزيارته سابقاً في ٢٠١٤ وهو حي السيح (تدوينة يوم ٣٧ – المدينة)، جولتي كانت جيدة جداً وتمكنت من معرفة بعض الزاويا التي رأيتها سابقاً، الكثير من البيت تعرضت للهدم وهذا شيء متوقع ولكن لا تزال هناك بعض الأزقة التي لا تزال باقية، معظم السكان المحليين هنا من الجنسية الموريتانية الذين قدموا إلى المملكة قبل سنوات طويلة.

First off was in the blocks that I remember well when I visited the area last time, even the staircase was in my old photographs

أولاً بدأت من منطقة المباني التي أتذكرها جيداً في اخر مرة قمت بزيارة المكان، حتى الدرج القديم كان موجوداً في الصور القديمة

مبنى قديم اثري يوضح المظهر المتعارف للمباني القديمة في الحي

Some friendly happy faces, I can always say that children are the heart of every old area

بعض الوجوه الودودة، أستطيع القول دائماً بأن الأطفال هم قلب وروح أي حي قديم

Passers from different corners | عابرون من زوايا مختلفة بالحي

Some of the foreign women in the area who are most likely are originally from Mauritania

بعض النساء من سكان الحي وأغلب الظن من الجنسية الموريتانية

Every old man is used to sit in that same spot, some get company while others enjoy the the sound of the street

كل رجل مسن اعتاد على الجلوس في مكان محدد، البعض يحصل على بعض الرفقة والبعض الآخر يستمع إلى صوت الشارع
