أحمد صالح (أبوخالد) في السبعين من عمره يمني الجنسية من سكان مدينة الطائف، عاش بداية حياته في اليمن وكان مزارعاً قبل أن يبدأ عمله في الخياطة.

Ahmed Saleh (Abu Khaled) a Yemeni at the age of 70 years old from the residents of Taif city in Saudi Arabia, his early life was in Yemen and worked as a farmer before starting to be a tailor.

يذكر أبوخالد أنه دخل السعودية في أيام شبابه مع وفد من الحجاج ومكث في مدينة الطائف ١٠ سنوات وعندما قرر الزواج عاد لليمن فترة قصيرة لإتمام زواجه ومن ثم عاد إلى مدينة الطائف.

Abu Khaled says he entered Saudi Arabia when he was just a teenager with a delegation of pilgrims to Makkah city then stayed in Taif city for almost 10 years when he decided to get marry he returned to Yemen for a short period to complete his marriage then got back to Taif city.

أبوخالد عمل في مهنة خياطة ما يقارب ٥٠ سنة ولديه ٤ أولاد يعملون في جدة والرياض والطائف ويراهم بين الفترة والاخرى، يذكر أبوخالد أن زوجته إنتقلت إلى رحمة الله تعالى قبل ٣ سنوات وهو يعيش مع أحد أبنائه حالياً، يعمل أبوخالد في الفترة الأخيرة في هذا المحل الصغير بمشاركة أحد أصدقائه في سوق البلد في الطائف.

Abu Khaled worked as a tailor for almost 50 years and have 4 sons working in Riyadh, Jeddah & Taif and they usually meet from time to time. Abu Khaled’s wife passed away 3 years ago and he currently lives with on of his sons, he’s currently working in this small space in partnership with one of his friends in Central Market in Taif city.
