Hello all

A new day from an old neighborhood in Dammam, I went there with my hopes that I will get good reaction for my photography and asking people for permission, I was amazed how they just not against it. Sure I didn’t get to photograph old people but lots of kids and stuff found there.

When I see something like this I always wonder what kind a car is it, how it ended up there, how long is it like this and lots of questions !

عندما ارى شيئاً كهذا دائما اتسائل ما نوع السيارة وكيف وصلت هنا وكم من الوقت هي متوقفة هكذا.. اسئلة كثيرة !

This is maybe the oldest running truck in Saudi Arabia, when I mean it’s running, I mean heavy work ! It usually comes in red but this one has an odd color, I can’t seem to know the name of this model but I’m pretty sure it’s from the 1980s 

هذه ربما أحد الأنواع من الشاحنات التي تعتبر أقدم الشاحنات التي لا تزال تقوم بعملها في السعودية، وعندما أقول عملها أتحدث عن الأشغال الشاقة ! عادة تأتي باللون الأحمر لكن هذه مختلفة، حاولت العثور على اسم النوع بالتحديد لكني متأكد أنها تعود إلى الثمانينات

I was gonna take photos of 2 kids, suddenly they are 7 kids in the frame ! Oh wait a second !! there is one more kid behind ! so did you think there was 7 kids from the first time or 8 kids? please feel free to tell me : )

كنت سألتقط صورة لولدين فقط وفجأة أصبحوا سبعة أمامي ! لكن مهلاً هناك واحد اضافي !!! هل ظننتم أنه هناك فعلا فقط سبعة أولاد بالصورة من النظرة الأولى ؟ لأنه بالحقيقة هناك ولد ثامن لم انتبه له إلا بعد أن دققت النظرة بالصورة

Oh this is the street life that I used to live, playing football at the evening on the sand behind the big boys and when I grow older I played there and watched the little kids, now I’m watching and photographing both : )

هذه هي حياة الشارع التي كنت أعيشها كل مساء، لعب كرة القدم بالرمال خلف الأولاد الكبار الذي يلعبون بالملعب الأكبر ! ثم أصبحت كبيراً وبدأت باللعب معهم وأنا أنظر إلى المكان الذي كنت ألعب به، والأن انا أصور الاثنان معا وأراقبهم من عدستي

you know how some old people just sit there and watch people and cars come and go, kids do that too like this one in the right he was there for over an hour

Finally to see some kids do this sign is absolutely funny ! he made me laugh before I leave : )

وأخيراً أنني أشاهد بعض الأطفال هنا يقومون بهذه الاشارة هو شيء طريف جداً ! جعلني أضحك قبل أن أغادر
