A lot of time I see old steel doors which been there for decades & become so rusty that some wood doors are better shape then the steel doors, the old fashioned steel doors with the traditional decorations started to appear in 40 years ago, this is one of hundreds of doors that I’ve encountered and I noticed the double look when I got closer, which lead me to wonder; was it needed in that time?

في كثير من الأوقات يصادفني أبواب حديد قديمة والتي تم تركيبها منذ عقود من الزمن حتى أصبحت بحالة الصدأ للدرجة التي تبدو بعض الأبواب الخشب القديمة بحالة أفضل منها، تلك الأبواب الحديد القديمة ذات الزخارف التقليدية بدأت بالظهور قبل ٤٠ سنة في الأحياء، هذا الباب أحد مئات الأبواب الذي شاهدتها وعندما اقتربت لاحظت وجود قفل مزدوج مما يعني أنه كان من الأبواب ذات الأمان العالي مما يطرح التساؤل هل كان هناك داعي لهذه الحماية في ذلك الوقت؟
